Basic Delivery Information

Note: We never guarantee delivery time scales. Even when you select a courier delivery service - next day is not guaranteed. Talkaround by Radiotronics does not accept any liability for deliveries which do not arrive when expected.

Frustration-Free Packaging

Talkaround by Radiotronics subscribes to Amazon's Frustration-Free Packaging initiative. The idea being that almost all packaging ultimately ends up in the bin. With that in mind, wouldn't it be better if products were supplied with as little packaging as practically possible. This is achieved by one of two ways. Where possible and practical, we ask our suppliers to supply us products with minimal packaging or bulk packed so that there is minimal packaging included in the first place. If that's not possible, we will sometimes repackage items and send the packaging to recycling. Nevertheless which method, the result is that you will receive your goods in a frustration-free packaging with minimal packaging to have to throw away.

Lead Time (Important, Please Read Carefully)

Products that are not in stock may have a lead time. All delivery services and estimates are calculated from the point of dispatch. CFor example, if a product has a 3 day lead time, this means that the item takes 3 days to arrive with us. Then if you select courier delivery, that is calculated from when we receive it into our warehouse, and in turn, date of dispatch.

Part Dispatch (Part Shipments)

As a general rule, Talkaround by Radiotronics does not part dispatch orders. In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to part dispatch, however, multiple delivery charges may apply. Where items directly and or technically depend on each other, it is company policy not to part dispatch.

Dispatch Cut Off Time

Depending on stock lead time (see above), orders placed and, providing your payment has been cleared, by 2pm weekdays will be despatched the same day for delivery within the terms of the delivery service you've selected. Orders placed on weekends (After 2pm Friday through Sunday night) will be processed and despatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays of course) for delivery within the time scale of the delivery service chosen and paid for.

Mainland UK Options

Standard Delivery: For this service, we use DPD, UK Mail, TNT, DHL or FedEx. This is determined by weight and dimensions, and is typically within 3-5 days. However, this is subject to lead time (see above). Delivery dates are not guaranteed and no compensation will be offered under any circumstances.

Non-Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands Including Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland): These territories are charged at a premium. Usually around £19.95+VAT for a standard delivery service. Delivery is will take longer to these territories.

Republic of Ireland

We no longer delivery to Ireland.

Jersey & Guernsey

We no longer delivery to Jersey & Guernsey.

Outside the UK / International

We no longer delivery to outside the UK.

Shortfalls & Incorrections

You must advise of shortfalls or incorrections within 24 hours. Incorrect items must be returned within 1 week (a tracking number proving the goods are on their way is usually accepted). We reserve the right to request 14 days to correct shortfalls in the UK, and 30 days to correct shortfalls with international deliveries. After 1 week, shortfall and incorrect claims become invalid.
