Kenwood TK-3701D is a digital dPMR licence-exempt two way radio. Replacing all previous models including TK-3201, TK-3301, TK-3501 and TK-3401D the TK-3701D is Kenwood's newest addition and available now!

Kenwood TK-3701D is a license free digital two-way radio from Kenwood. Ready to use right out of the box the Kenwood TK-3701D is capable of transmitting over both analogue and digital, this ensuring the radio can be used to communicate with almost all license free radios. Using the latest in digital dPMR446 technology the TK-3701D has 48 preset channels split over 3 zones, with 2 of these zones being made up of 32 digital channels between the two and a singular analogue zone with 16 channels.

With a black box design the TK-3701D is extremely user intuitive, making it extremely easy to use even for inexperienced radio users. A large textured push to talk button can be found on the right hand side of the radio, this alongside two programmable buttons that can be mapped to quickly access specific features that the TK-3701D is capable of. Supplied as standard with the 2000mAh Li-Ion KNB-45L, this battery will allow for the TK-3701D to comfortably last through a 12 hour working shift whilst a low battery alert will let the user know should their radio be close to dying meaning that they aren't caught short without communications. The TK-3701D is also supplied as standard with both a charger and belt clip. The TK-3701D is a relatively compact radio. Standing at just 123mm in height, 54mm in width, 33.5mm in depth whilst weighing just 280g when the KNB-45L battery is attached. The sleek design of the TK-3701D means that it is easily carried and concealed, allowing for the use of a wrist strap or belt clip with minimal strain felt by the operator.

VOX Voice Activation can be used with the TK-3701D meaning that should you be unable to reach for the radio with your hands a transmission can still be sent, this can be made to be more or less sensitive via selectable microphone gain. Voice annunciations can be made when changing channels, this allowing for the user to ensure that they are on the right channel should they be operating their radio in the dark. A feature that the TK-3701D has as standard is "Enhanced Kenwood Audio", this ensuring that when using the radio you receive the highest quality audio meaning that transmissions are heard first time every time.
