Let There Be Light (Built-In Torch)

On any adventure, it's crucial to be able to see what you are doing and where you are going. The TALKABOUT T82 has a built-in LED torch so you can get to where you need to be, even in the dark. The LED torch also gives you the ability to read maps at night and easily see into backpacks and bags so you know you have an emergency light when needed.

Emergency Function

There is an emergency button on the side of the TALKABOUT T82 – press and hold this for 3 seconds and a loud alarm will sound, and also activate the hands free (VOX) feature for you to transmit your call to your group requesting help**** .

Dual Power Options

The Motorola T82 is supplied as standard with 800mAh NiMH rechargeable battery packs. This gives you up to 18 hours (max) so you can keep on exploring. Need more runtime? No problem! You can buy the (optional extra - not included) high capacity 1300mAh battery pack for up to 26 (max) hours of power. Or, you can also use standard AA batteries.

Charger Included

We know that you want to use your TALKABOUT T82 on the go, so we have included a mains charger with micro USB cable. This charger has an integrated Y cable, so you can charge two walkie-talkies at the same time. Because the TALKABOUT T82 has a USB port you can connect any USB cable to a computer, or power pack for a quick charge.

Optional car charger: The optional-extra USB vehicle adaptor is also available so you can connect your TALKABOUT T82 in the car and charge while you drive to your next destination.
